Vegetarian options available. Ordered the tofu gimbap which are so tasty that my sons kept saying so good! Also vego bibimbap and mandu. Both are good too!

STREET COMBO - Recommended! Very great value for $37 and was enough to share between two adults. The Kimbab (Korean styled sushi) was delicious with heaps of inner fillings. The ttokbokki was sweet and generously portioned. And the fish cake skewers went down as a treat with the other two dishes. Would recommend for an affordable meal with three different greatly portioned delicious dishes in Takapuna!

Super nice staff helped me pick my box! It's great value - I shared a box and bibimbap roll with my partner and it was plenty of food. I love the variety of the meal which includes a main, rice, Korean side dishes and you can pick a salad or dessert. The venue itself is very clean and stylish.

First time trying Korean cuisine, and it was so yummy! The gimbap was delicious and definitely a highlight! The kimchi fried rice was so very good, great portion for $14 and very filling overall.

They have a keto option for gimbap which is very rare in a Korean restaurant in Auckland. They definitely don’t skimp on filling as you can see in the photos. All the ingredients are fresh, highly recommend the keto gimbap! Their chicken bites are also excellent. Batter is nice and crispy and the chicken is so juicy. The value for what you get is amazing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Korean food and excellent service! Box’d in Takapuna is hands down one of the best Korean restaurants I’ve been to. The food is incredible, with rich and authentic flavors. I tried the square box meal, and the beef was absolutely rich and flavorful. The kimchi had that fresh, authentic taste you’d expect, and the Bibimbap was super satisfying – the bulgogi beef had the perfect kick! The veggies and sprouts were perfectly cooked and blanched. The packaging for takeaway is spot-on, and the staff are friendly and offer great customer service. The restaurant is also spotless and well-maintained, which makes it a great place to dine with family. I would 101% recommend Box’d to anyone looking for delicious Korean food in Auckland!

Really enjoyed the Bipimbap I had here for lunch today. Delicious flavours, fried egg, lots of vegetables, hot sauce to spice things up. Perfect for lunch. Lots of seating, view onto the street, friendly staff. Great place to drop into to get your fix of Korean food.

I’ve always walked past this place without thinking much of it. But tonight I decided to pop in and see what they had to offer. And boy am I glad I did. Such a lovely lady at the counter, really friendly and just has a welcoming presence about her. Same with the man who helped prepare the food. Speaking of which, I got the spicy pork in the square box. Along with the rice, salad, and an assortment of fruit and sweets. The spicy pork lives up to the name, the fruit and sweets were delectable. I had pineapple and an orange in mine. And they were sweet! Perfect ripeness. The sweets I got were an eclair, and cute slices of some sort of cheesecake. The rice and the salad are exactly what you’d expect. The whole thing is quite delicious. Such a novel packaging concept as well. Definitely not the bento I’m used to. But it works well nonetheless. The portion sizes are also quite good for how much you’re paying. This is just straight up great value! Will definitely be back until I’ve tried everything on the menu. Thanks for the awesome food. And I’ll be back soon! 10/10
